Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our university trips

What's included in the program fee?

The program fee includes airport transfers, accommodation (twin-share), all entrance fees, specified meals, private transportation, English-speaking guides, and cultural activity fees. International airfare and visa fees are not included.

Can the itinerary be customized?

Absolutely! We specialize in tailor-made programs. Universities can adjust the itinerary, add specific educational components, or focus on particular themes (business, architecture, language, etc.).

What's the accommodation like?

We use 4-star hotels in central locations. Rooms are twin-share (two students per room). Single supplements are available for an additional fee. All hotels have western-style bathrooms and free Wi-Fi.

Do you provide travel insurance?

We provide basic travel insurance, but we strongly recommend that students purchase comprehensive travel insurance in their home country that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal liability.

How much spending money should students bring?

We recommend $300-500 USD per student for souvenirs, optional meals, and personal expenses. Most major cities accept credit cards, but cash is useful for small purchases and in rural areas.
